    RUNNING

    ■ Tom Bousquet finished first in the mile Wednesday night in Misquamicut in the final Tom McCoy Family Fun Run of the season. Bousquet’s time was 5 minutes, 52 seconds.

    Nick Celico (5:04) was second and Jeff Walker (5:15) finished third.

    Randi Burr was the fastest female miler, running a 5:38. Gabriella Celico (6:01) was second, and Abbey Keegan and Jaime Murray tied for third at 6:31.

    There were 65 finishers in the mile.

    Sam Montalto (2:03) had the fastest time by a boy in the children’s 1/3-mile run. Elias Dahl (2:04) and Billy deCastro (2:09) were second and third.

    Julia Mastrandrea (2:11), Laura Gilfert (2:21) and Kaya West (2:29) were the top three girls. Thirty-eight children completed the race.

    AUTO RACING

    ■ Henry Lavallee of Stonington finished 20th in the 25-lap X-Cars race at Waterford Speedbowl Wednesday night.
