Continuing along the tour, the kitchen offers access to the pool area and lies adjacent to the sun room, which has its very own entrance, and exit to the pool area, and a half bath perfect for keeping those in wet suits out of the main house during the summer months.

The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, living area, a large bath, and a balcony overlooking the pool and backyard.
