The Westerly Flag Committee celebrated spring by installing 17 flags  around the Westerly War Memorial earlier this week. The flag committee, in conjunction with the Honor Roll Committee and Alan Peck, manager of Wilcox Park, is working to install new lighting at the memorial, which will allow the flags to remain flying through the night. | Jill Connor / The Westerly Sun
