Ruedi Hauser Sr., owner of Hauser Chocolates, places two white chocolate ducks inside of a 2.5ft high egg that he molded out of 15lbs. of melted chocolate. The egg and ducks will be used as an Easter display in his store in Westerly and will be available for purchase.  Grace White/The Westerly Sun The finished white chocolate ducks, complete with scarves and a beret made of marzipan, an almond and sugar paste, dry on a sheet of parchment paper. Ruedi Hauser Sr., owner of Hauser Chocolates, created the ducks to adorn a 2.5ft egg that he made out of 15 lbs of chocolate. The ducks and egg will be used as an Easter display at his store in Westerly and will be available for purchase. After making the 2.5 ft egg out of 15lbs of chocolate earlier in the day he works on small white chocolate ducks. He uses a knife to carve out a hole in a hollow white chocolate egg which will hold orange chocolate pieces that form the duck's beak. Hauser’s Chocolate Egg and Ducks


Ruedi Hauser Sr., owner of Hauser Chocolates in Westerly, created an Easter display for his store using a 2½-foot high egg made out of 15 pounds of chocolate and four white chocolate ducks with a lot of personality.
