Neighborhood hero


The founder of the Greater North End Community Development, Inc., Pete Pelchat recently stepped down from his role as president of the organization for the last 20 years. Friends, family and members of the Westerly town council gathered to celebrate his accomplishments at the Calabrese Club on Sunday evening.
