Six month old David Wilson, of Bradford, seems to be having a roaring good time in his lion costume as his mom, Laura, carries him through downtown Westerly and his grandmother, Cheryl Mills, of Westerly, hangs on to the umbrella. The Halloween trick-or-treating and costume parade took place downtown on  Thursday evening despite the rainy weather. The annual family event is co-sponsored by the Downtown Business Association, the Westerly Substance Abuse Task Force and the Westerly Police.
