Many thanks to holiday stroll fireworks donors

All the members and families of the Ashaway Volunteer Fire Association wish to thank the following businesses and families whose gracious donations helped make the 2013 annual Ashaway Holiday Stroll fireworks a resounding success: Michael and Laurie Grills; RPE Waste Services; Hopkinton Industrial Park LLC; S.M. Trombino Properties; Rich, Pat and Kasey Girton; Ashaway Mart; Lucky House Restaurant, Chris and Deb Fortune and family, American Kuhne, Ashaway Dunkin’ Donuts, Brick Oven restaurant; and all the gracious donors who filled the boot.

Additionally, we wish to thank the Hopkinton Liquor Depot, Main Street Pizza and Ashaway Dunkin’ Donuts for allowing us to use their parking lot during our Fill the Boot for the Fireworks campaign.

We have received many words of praise for the quality of this year’s display. None of this would have been possible if it were not for all those who donated time and/or funds to make it possible. You helped make this year’s display the best ever.

Richard M Girton Jr.

Hopkinton

The writer is the chairman of the fireworks committee.
