Randall, Realtors sells Watch Hill property for $11 million

WESTERLY — Dottie Nigrelli, manager of the Watch Hill office of Randall, Realtors, has announced the sale on Thursday of 25 Ocean View Highway in Watch Hill for $11 million. The sale price was the second highest reported by the Rhode Island State-Wide Multiple Listing Service this year.

The 4,400-square-foot home and a detached guest cottage sit on a 2-acre landscaped site with views of Block Island. Randall, Realtors reported that the property sold in less than one day. The main residence was built in 1997 and has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus a private studio, and large deck. The guest cottage has two bedrooms and two baths.

According to Westerly property records, the property was owned by the Evy E. Lynch QPRT (qualified personal residence trust), and was assessed for $9.45 million.

The listing agent was Elizabeth Douthit and the selling agent was Trevor Ainsworth, both from the Watch Hill office of Randall, Realtors. Douthit was also the listing agent for a 2012 sale in Watch Hill for $12 million which is the highest on record in Washington County in the past five years.
