Bradford siblings face several charges in felony drug arrest


BRADFORD — A 26-year-old man on probation after being convicted on federal drug charges related to what authorities termed a gang-led cocaine distribution ring and his sister were charged Thursday by Westerly police with numerous felony drug charges.

Police said over the last few months, detectives have been conducting a narcotics investigation involving Edward G. Prezioso, 26, and Jennifer K. Prezioso, 31, of 229 Westerly Bradford Road.

On Thursday, police charged Jennifer Prezioso with three counts of manufacture/possession/delivery of heroin, controlled substance conspiracy, two counts manufacture, possession, delivery of cocaine, and possession of heroin.

Edward Prezioso was charged with manufacture, possession, delivery of heroin, and controlled substance conspiracy. Both appeared in 4th Division District Court on Friday, where they were held without bail and transferred to the Adult Correctional Institutions.
