WAKEFIELD — The following Westerly cases were heard Thursday in 4th Division District Court before Magistrate Joseph P. Ippolito Jr.:

William A. Bradshaw, 76, pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving under the influence. He was released on a promise to appear on Dec. 9.

Rebecca E. Cottle, 30, of 14 Tower Hill Road, Tiverton, pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving under the influence. She was released on a promise to appear on Dec. 9.

Oswaldo Cruz Flores, 21, of 145 Tower St., Apt. 2, Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault. He was released on a promise to appear on Dec. 9.

Lucilo Gomez, 46, of 33 Arnold Ave., North Smithfield, pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving under the influence. He was released on a promise to appear on Dec. 9.

Russ B. Grice, 39, of 21 Walnut St., Pawcatuck, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence. He was released on a promise to appear on Dec. 9.

Justin W. Harrington, 26, of 10 Gavitt Ave., Apt. 2, Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of domestic assault. He was released on a promise to appear on Dec. 9.

John R. Maxson, 32, of 45 Vars Lane, Bradford, pleaded not guilty to a charge of unreasonable noise levels. He was released on a promise to appear on Dec. 9.

Corinne E. Richards, 25, of 2 Knight St., Apt. C, Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of domestic disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear on Dec. 9.

Andrew Shawn, 25, of 27 Oak St., Apt. 1, Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of shoplifting. He was released on a promise to appear on Dec. 9.

Charlotte J. Sullivan, 28, of 57 John St., Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of obstructing a police officer. She was released on a promise to appear on Dec. 9.

Roberto L. Toledo, 26, of 2 Knight St., Apt. C, Westerly, pleaded not guilty to charges of domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear on Dec. 9.

Shawn M. Wisehart, 50, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 18C, Pawcatuck, pleaded not guilty to a charge of domestic assault. He was released on a promise to appear on Dec. 9.
