    Stonington

    Kevin Lee Daniel, 40, of New London, was charged Wednesday with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs; failure to drive right; possession of marijuana, less than one-half ounce; failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration; and failure to have the minimum insurance coverage following an accident on Liberty Street at about 10:30 p.m. There were no injuries as the result of the crash.

    Hopkinton

    Jeffrey M. Scott, 52, of 9 Elm St., Ashaway, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.

    Richard W. Burton, 48, of 220 Main St., Ashaway, was charged Monday on a bench warrant from 4th Division District Court.

    Westerly

    Thomas H. Brightman, 19, of 212 Ross Hill Road, Charlestown, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content unknown, reckless driving and vandalism/malicious injury to property.

    Micha R. Silvia, 30, of Wakefield, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content unknown, refusal to submit to a chemical test to determine intoxication and simple assault and/or battery.

    Kathleen O. Riley, 28, of 18 Sunnyside Drive, Westerly, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content unknown and refusal to submit to a chemical test to determine intoxication.
