  • 4th Division District Court: Jan. 17, 2014

    The following cases were heard before 4th Division District Court Judge Madeline Quirk on Thursday:

    Jerry E. Getchell, 40, of 374 Old Coach Road, pleaded not guilty to a Charlestown police charge of domestic simple assault and/or battery. He was released on a promise to appear on Feb. 6.

    Jason S. Bliven, 47, of 4585 Old Post Road, was not present for his arraignment on Charlestown police charges of willful trespass. The judge issued a bench warrant and ordered him held without bail.

    Leonard Jackson, 38, of 33 C West Castle Way, pleaded not guilty to Charlestown police charges of driving with a suspended license and on a bench warrant issued from the court.
