4th Division District Court: Jan. 10, 2014


The following cases were heard before Judge Madeline Quirk in 4th Division District Court Thursday:

Wayne E. Boss, 33, of 19 Columbia Heights Oval, Charlestown, had a Charlestown police charge of attempted larceny under $500 dismissed and a charge of malicious damage to property filed with restitution of $350.

Jeanne M. Reay, 21, of 252 Spring St., Apt. 2, Hope Valley, had a Richmond police charge of leaving the scene of an accident with damage filed with a $500 contribution to the victims of crime fund and 50 hours of community service. A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed.

Christopher Bagley, 27, of Saunderstown, pleaded not guilty to a Charlestown police charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol level unknown. He was released on a promise to appear on Jan. 30.

Curt M. Dittrick, 46, of 6 Chelsea Fern Drive, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to Richmond police charges of firing a weapon in a compact area and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear on Jan. 30.
