4th Division District Court: Jan. 8, 2014


The following Hopkinton police cases were heard in 4th Division District Court before Judge Madeline Quirk on Tuesday:

Keurys Y. Pina, 23, of Providence, pleaded no contest to a charge of driving with a suspended license, fourth offense. He was ordered to pay $350 and was sentenced to one-year probation. Pina, already serving a prison term at the Adult Correctional Institutions, had the $94.50 court fee waived. He was transported back to prison.

Kari Scholle, 25, of 370 Hillsdale Road, Richmond, had charges of domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault dismissed.

Matthew L. Brown, 24, of 107 Richmond Townhouse Road, Richmond, had a charge of larceny under $1,500 dismissed after completing community service.
