Police logs: Jan. 8, 2014


Westerly

James T. Taylor, 36, of 23 Newton Ave., Westerly, was charged Monday with bench warrants from 4th and 6th division district courts.

Alex Fish, 18, of 23 Piezzo Drive, Westerly, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Richmond

Jason M. Harrison, 31, of Narragansett, was charged on Dec. 31 with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content unknown, refusal to submit to a chemical test to determine intoxication, and operating or riding in a motor vehicle with the presence of an alcoholic beverage. Harrison was transported to the Richmond station where he was processed and released on a summons to appear for arraignment in 4th Division District on Jan. 16.

Gregory Duncan, 25, of 425 Kingstown Road, Richmond, was charged Friday with domestic simple assault and battery, domestic vandalism, domestic disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after police went to his residence after a call regarding a domestic disturbance in progress. Duncan was processed at the station where he was arraigned before Justice of the Peace Joseph Scott. He was served with a no-contact order and released on personal recognizance.

Stonington

Alexander Nazarro, 22, of 13 Timber Ridge Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Oscar Nordness, 20, of 141 Elm St., Stonington, was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.
