Cory D. Giorno, 18, 20 Acorn Drive, Westerly, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana, 1 ounce or less.

Stonington

Brian J. Fraticelli, 23, 81 Bowling Lane, was issued a warrant Monday on charges of first-degree larceny from a building.
