Stonington

Leonard A. Rackett, 59, of 46 Liberty St., Stonington, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Dawn M. Masakowski, 44, of 68 Quanaduck Road, Stonington, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Joshua H. Hickey, 30, of 9 Borodell Ave., Mystic, was charged Friday with failure to register as a nonviolent sex offender.

Thomas B. Manzano, 35, of 38 Route 2A, Preston, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear.

Robert J. Boisvert, 41, of 52 East Shore Road, Stonington, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct — threatening.

Shawnay Domer, 34, of 52 East Shore Road, Stonington, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
