    Westerly

    Yohancey Jaquez, 19, of 13 George St., Apt. 1, was charged Saturday on a bench warrant issued from Fourth Division District Court.

    Susan Viveiros, 35, of 10 Railroad St., Apt. A, Shannock, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.

    Zebediah E. Gemme, 30, of 10 Railroad St., Apt. A, Shannock, was charged Saturday with shoplifting, a misdemeanor.

    Michael K. Anderson, 64, of 14 Old Road, Charlestown, was charged Saturday with DUI/drugs/alcohol first offense, blood alcohol level unknown, and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

    Ariel M. Ternes, 21, of 59 Pleasant St., Apt. 1., was charged Sunday with breaking and entering a dwelling/house without consent. Ternes was later charged on the same day with possession of marijuana, 1 ounce or less, 18 years or older.

    Michelle M. Goulart, 43, of 59 Granite St., Apt. 9, was charged Friday with duty to stop — accident resulting — damage to vehicle.
