Westerly

Marco Pacheco, 30, of 30 Riverview Circle, New London, was charged Saturday with driving with or without an expired license.

Katie E. Collins, 28, of 140 High St., Westerly, was charged Saturday with willful trespass and habitual offender — shoplifting.

Susan J. Denice, 40, of 24 Pearl St., Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended or revoked license and duty to stop, accident resulting, with damage to vehicle.

Todd O. Willcox, 48, of 210 Iron St., Ledyard, was charged Sunday with violation of a foreign protective order.

Sean C. Wilk, 33, of 3 Voluntown Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with reckless driving and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Stonington

John C. Couto, 51, of 145 Whitehall Drive, Old Mystic, was charged Friday with operating under the influence of alcohol.

Neil Fearon, 36, of 24 Lincoln Ave., Stonington, was charged Saturday with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is suspended, and failure to register a motor vehicle.

John J. Castodio Jr., 56, of 13 Marlin Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer.
