    Westerly

    Kathryn A. Rogers, 24, of 73 Pierce St., Apt. 1, Westerly, was charged Tuesday with domestic disorderly conduct.

    Richmond

    Matthew C. Plaisted, 26, of Providence, was charged on Dec. 3, with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content over .15, readings .156, .151. Plaisted was processed and released with a summons to appear for arraignment on Dec. 19 in 4th Division District Court.

    A 16-year-old male student was charged Dec. 4 with disorderly conduct after police said he threatened to assault another male student. He was released to the custody of his father and is scheduled to appear in Family Court.

    Joshua Decelles, 29, of 86 Bowling Lane, Westerly, was charged Dec. 4, on a 4th Division District Court warrant for failure to appear on a charge of larceny under $1,500 by Rhode Island State Police. He was processed at the police station, arraigned before Justice of the Peace Joseph Scott, and released after posting bail.
