Police logs for Dec. 3, 2013


Westerly

Bryan P. Kiggans, 25, of 44 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with four counts of larceny under $1,500.

Jason L. Rosenstein, 38, of Tiverton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol limit .15 or greater.

Sean M. Sunderland, 18, of 32 William St., Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with shoplifting.

Yohancey Jaquez, 19, of 13 George St., Apt. 1, Westerly, was charged Sunday with shoplifting.

Matthew S. Babik, 20, of 599 Main St., Hope Valley, was charged Sunday with possession of an alcoholic beverage by an underaged person.

Dylan M. McGuire, 19, of 7 Maxon St., Ashaway, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana, 1 ounce or less.

Brandon Joslin, 20, of 1 Juniper Drive, Ashaway, was charged Saturday with shoplifting.

Stonington

Samantha L. Brancato, 18, of 10 Branberry Drive, Westerly, was charged Monday with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right/at a slow speed.

Robert A. Fry, 44, of 44 S. Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with failure to appear.
