Police logs: Oct. 2, 2013


Westerly

Candice L. Pacheco, 36, of 1 Nichols Lane, Westerly, was charged Monday with shoplifting and on a warrant from Third Division District Court.

Hopkinton

Christopher M. Rooney, 41, of Smithfield, was charged last Sunday with refusal to submit to a chemical test to determine intoxication and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, blood alcohol content unknown.

Grover D. Champlin, 18, of 70 Columbia Heights Oval, Charlestown, was charged Monday with larceny under $1,500.

Joseph N. Cherenzia, 50, of 30 Driftwood Drive, Charlestown, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Macheece O. Spears, 49, of 21 Woodville Alton Road, Wood River Junction, was charged Thursday with domestic disorderly conduct and on an outstanding warrant.

Kari L. Scholle, 24, of 370 Hillsdale Road, Richmond, was charged Thursday with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault and/or battery.

Joseph A. Petit, 26, of 45 Canonchet Road, Hopkinton, was charged Thursday with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault and/or warrant.
