1-woman show tells tale of Mary Todd Lincoln’s seamstress


NORTH STONINGTON — “They called me Lizzie — from Slavery to the White House,” a one-woman show telling the tale of Mary Todd Lincoln’s seamstress and confidante, Elizabeth Keckly, will be held at the Wheeler Library, 101 Main St., on Monday at 7 p.m.

The show is free and open to the public.
