Police logs for Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014


Westerly

John Dolan, 54, of 9 Answorth Lane, Westerly, was charged Saturday with operating a watercraft while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.

Christopher J. Buttimer, 25, of 318 Elm St., North Attleboro, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault or battery.

David Driscoll, 26, of 195 Main St., North Attleboro, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault or battery.

Adam P. Bonevelle, 24, of 14A Coastal Court, Westerly, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Steven P. Falcone, 45, of 7 Burns Ave., Westerly, was charged with public intoxication.

Stonington

Brian L. Taber, 48, of 9 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and first-degree threatening.

Daniel J. Tanner, 29, of 6 High St., Westerly, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Wendy L. Barber, 52, of 23 Millan Terrace, Stonington, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.
