    WAKEFIELD —The following Westerly police cases heard before Judge Pamela Woodcock-Pfeiffer in 4th Division District Court on Friday.

    Richard J. Murray, 29, of 38 North Main St., Bradford, was held without bail after being arraigned and entering no plea to a felony charge of delivery of narcotics (heroin, fentanyl) after an undercover narcotics investigation involving a confidential informant. He was given a felony screening date of Aug. 14, at which time he could be released.

    Victor J. Vasquez, 31, of 1 Auke Way, Westerly, did not enter a plea on his third domestic charge, violation of a no-contact order. A screening date is slated for Sept. 16. He was released after being issued a no-contact order.

    Kerri L. Brennan, 39, of 10 Chin Hill Road, Westerly, pleaded no contest to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense. She was fined $100, ordered to complete 10 hours of community service, and attend DUI school. Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal charges, including refusal to submit to a chemical test, were dismissed.

    Gene F. Delicato, 67, of 16 West St., Westerly, pleaded no contest to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense. He was fined $100 and ordered to complete 10 hours of community service and attend DUI school. Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal charges, including refusal to submit to a chemical test, were dismissed.

    Taylor Ayotte, 20, of 40 Grove Ave., Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear on Aug. 29.

    Michael Roberts, 56, of 8 Park Ave., Apt. 1, Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and refusal to submit to a chemical test to determine intoxication levels. He was released on a promise to appear on Sept. 12.

    William J. Holliday, 60, of 59 Wagner Road, Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. He was released on a promise to appear on Aug. 29.

    Paul J. Martinelli, 24, of Cumberland, pleaded not guilty to charges of domestic assault and/or battery and domestic disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear on Aug. 22.

    Michael Szewc, 41, of 222 High St., Apt. 2, Westerly, pleaded not guilty to charges of willful trespass and disorderly conduct. He was referred to pretrial services and warned to stay out of Wilcox Park. He was released on a promise to appear on Aug. 29.

    James N. Cook, 44, of 182 Westerly-Bradford Road, Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content over .15. He was released on a promise to appear on Aug. 29.

    Wesley Burgess, 36, of 33 Newton Ave., Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of domestic simple assault. He was issued a no-contact order and an Aug. 22 hearing date.

    Joseph Johnson, 28, of 23 Walter St., Westerly, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving/drag racing/eluding and driving after denial. He was released on a promise to appear on Aug. 22.

    Christian Dove, 31, of 6 Ava St., Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of obstructing a police officer and driving with a suspended license. He was released on a promise to appear on Aug. 29.

    Cheyenne G. Blais, 19, of Woonsocket, had a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, dismissed along with a possession of marijuana charge.

    Kenneth A. Upton, 50, 110 Post Road, Westerly, had charges of domestic simple assault and/or battery and domestic disorderly conduct dismissed when, according to police, the alleged victim could not be located.

    Bradlee Workman, 19, 31 High St., Apt. C, Ashaway, had charges of domestic simple assault and/or battery and domestic disorderly conduct dismissed.

    Trevor Constantine, 22, of Glastonbury, Conn, pleaded no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct. The charge was filed, meaning if he has no further incidents on his record in a year, the charge will be expunged. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

    Tommy Thompson, 29, of 1 Summit Road, Richmond, pleaded no contest to trespassing. Last Friday, Thompson was charged by Richmond police with domestic simple assault and battery and domestic disorderly conduct. Thompson was sentenced to 6 months of probation and domestic- and substance-abuse counseling.

    Peter W. Pinkhover, 51, of 2 Lima Drive, Westerly, pleaded no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct. The charge was filed. A charge of simple assault was dismissed.

    Jaqueline Ashwell, 25, of Dayville, Conn., pleaded no contest to a charge of reckless driving, amended from driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content unknown. The charge was filed.

    Jared G. Bebeau, 21, of Harrisville, pleaded no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct. The charge was filed. A charge of simple assault was dismissed, however a no-contact order remains.

    Paul Comforti, 49, 65 Wells St., Westerly, had a charge of disorderly conduct dismissed. A charge of shoplifting was dismissed with 50 hours of community service.

    Jason A. Rathbun, 38, 51 Pierce St., Westerly pleaded no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct. The charge was filed for a year. A charge of resisting arrest was dismissed.

    Michael Wylie, 26, 10 Railroad Ave., Shannock, pleaded no contest to leaving the scene of an accident. He was sentenced to a one-year suspended sentence with one year of probation. Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal charges were dismissed.

    Andrew T. Loughlin, 52, of 12 Nutmeg Drive, had a charge of disorderly conduct dismissed.

    Jeffrey Barnas, 18, of 23 Cross St., Westerly pleaded not guilty to a charge of larceny under $1,500. He was released on a promise to appear on Aug. 29.

    Kenneth R. Babcock, 51, of 97 White Rock Road, Apt. B, Westerly, had charges of domestic simple assault and/or battery; malicious vandalism/malicious injury to property and domestic disorderly conduct dismissed. Westerly prosecutors say the charges will be refiled as non-domestic.
