Court Logs: Aug. 1, 2014


The following cases were heard before Judge Madeline Quirk in 4th Division District Court on Thursday:

Scott A. Huntley, 24, of 276 Kingstown Road, West Kingston, pleaded no contest to a Richmond police charge of reckless driving. He was given a one-year suspended prison sentence, one year of probation, and was ordered to pay $189 in court costs.

Tracy J. Connelly, 45, of 71 Pond St., Charlestown, pleaded not guilty to a Charlestown police charge of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. She was released on a promise to appear Aug. 21.

Michael R. Eva, 51, of 208 New London Turnpike, Richmond, pleaded not guilty to a Richmond police charge of knowingly engaging in threatening and tumultuous behavior. He was released on a promise to appear Aug. 14.

Eric Philip Fahlman, 34, of 514 Switch Road, Richmond, pleaded not guilty to a Richmond police charge of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. He was released on a promise to appear Aug. 14.

Corey J. Phillips, 21, of 21 Mechanic St., Apt. C, Hopkinton, pleaded no contest to a Richmond police charge of violating a no-contact order. He was given one year of probation and was ordered to pay $218.50 in court costs. The no-contact order was reinstated and Phillips was ordered to attend a Battery Intervention Program.
