Westerly

Brandon C. Algiere, 22, of 8 Top St., Apt. 3, was charged Monday on a bench warrant issued from 4th Division District Court and as a fugitive from justice.

Joseph R. Johnson, 28, of 23 Walton St., was charged Monday for driving after denial, suspension/revocation of license and reckless driving/drag racing/eluding police, first offense.

Christian A. Dove, 31, of 6 Beacon St., Apt. A, was charged Monday with driving after denial, suspension/revocation of license and obstructing an officer in execution of duty.

Michael J. Szewc, 40, of 222 High St., Apt. D, was charged Monday with willful trespass, disorderly conduct and resisting legal or illegal arrest.

Matthew C. Sprague, 25, of 32 School St., Apt. 2, was charged Monday on a bench warrant issued from 4th Division District Court.

Michael Joseph DeMarco, 34, of 15 Kelly St., was charged Monday with two counts of third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree larceny, and second-degree criminal mischief.

Casey Matthew Blanchard, 28, of 44 Liberty St., was charged Monday with the carrying and sale of dangerous weapons.

John Casey Banks, 24, of 98 West Broad St., Apt. 22, was charged Monday with the carrying and sale of dangerous weapons.

Harrison Arthur McCormack, 23, of 29 Brandywine Drive, Bradford, was charged Tuesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Brandon C. Algiere, 22, of 8 Top St., was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.
