Police Logs: July 20, 2014


Stonington

Sacha C. DeSouza, 30, of 182 Flanders Road, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing.

Lara G. DeSouza, 24, of 182 Flanders Road, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

Johnathan J. Bethel, 29, of 19 Saundra Drive, Westerly, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear.

Steven Wendell O’Dell, 21, of 24 Chestnut St., Westerly, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a restraining order: threatening and operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Jamie L. Ganley, 21, of 16 Carriage Trail, Ledyard, was charged Friday with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of less than .5 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Westerly

David H. Genereux Jr., 47, of 9 Brandywine Drive, was charged Thursday with reckless driving, driving without/expired license and resisting legal or illegal arrest.

Linda A. Warrell, 54, of 9 Brandywine Drive, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and resisting legal or illegal arrest.

James R. Bean, 18, of 8 Sequan Road, was charged Saturday with driving while impaired.
