Rachel Luce crowned queen of North Stonington Fair


Rachel Luce, 17, was crowned queen of the North Stonington Agricultural Fair Thursday night. The fair, featuring tractor pulls, animal shows, music, a hay bale toss, ham and bean supper, arts and crafts, and vegetables, fruits and baked goods for sale, will continue through Sunday.
