Police logs: Thursday, July 10, 2014


Westerly

Katherine E. Tedeschi, 26, 56 Beach St., Westerly, was charged Tuesday on two bench warrants from 4th Division District Court and one from Washington County Superior Court.

John E. Smith, 53, 11 Sparrow Drive, Westerly, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content unknown and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Richmond

Christina McCammon, 30, of 1 Tall Timbers Drive, was charged July 4 with domestic simple assault after police responded to the house for an alleged disturbance. Police said an investigation revealed McCammon allegedly assaulted a family member. She was arrested by South Kingstown police who transported her to Richmond. She was released on a promise to appear in 4th Division District Court on July 17.

Eric P. Fahlman, 34, 514 Switch Road, Wood River Junction, was charged July 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content unknown, refusal to submit to a chemical test and operating on a suspended license. Fahlman was transported to the station where he was processed and released on a summons to appear in 4th Division District Court.

Shane A. Kenyon, 26, 140 Nooseneck Hill Road, Richmond, was charged July 5 on an outstanding warrant issued from 4th Division District Court for failure to appear. Kenyon was arrested after officers were dispatched to his home on a complaint. Kenyon was transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions after being processed at the station.

Susan Viveiros, 35, no permanent address, was charged July 2 on an outstanding warrant issued from 4th Division District Court for failure to appear. She was arraigned before Justice of the Peace Joseph H. Scott at the Richmond police station and released after posting bail and scheduled a new court date.

Amanda L. Martin, 25, 13 King Arthur Drive, West Kingston, was charged July 3 on a warrant issued from 4th Division District Court for failure to appear. She was arraigned before Justice of the Peace Joseph H. Scott at the Richmond police station and released after posting bail and scheduled a new court date.
