    A 16-year-old juvenile was charged Monday with larceny under $1,500.

    A 16-year-old juvenile was charged Monday with injuring or tampering with vehicles.

    Laura W. Smith, 44, of 99A Clinton Ave., Jamestown, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, blood alcohol content unknown.

    Hopkinton

    Brandon L. Burge, 38, of 44 Tomaquag Road, Ashaway, was charged June 17 on a bench warrant issued from 4th Division District Court.

    Shawn Michael Conlon, 34, of 68 Chase Hill Road, Ashaway, was charged June 19 as a fugitive from justice.

    Emily P. O’Rourke, 21, of 28 Garden St., Pawcatuck, was charged June 21 with domestic disorderly conduct, domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property and domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone.

    Malisa Jean Costanzo, 37, of 31 High St. Apt. A, Ashaway, was charged Thursday with harboring a criminal and obstructing an officer in execution of duty.

    Robert A. Norman, 58, of 59 Granite St., Apt. 15, Westerly, was charged Saturday on a bench warrant issued from 6th Division District Court.

    Michael P. Rioles, 47, of 11 Brodin Ave., Richmond, was charged Sunday on a bench warrant issued from 6th Division District Court.

    Stonington

    Keith E. Donatelli, 40, of 38 Attawanahood Trail, Old Saybrook, Conn., was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance: narcotics, and for second degree failure to appear in court.
