4th Division District Court: Friday, June 27, 2014

The following police cases were heard before Judge Madeline Quirk in 4th Division District Court on Thursday:

Rachel Bloom, 22, of Narragansett, pleaded not guilty to a Charlestown police charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content unknown. She was released on a promise to appear on July 10.

Randall Bartnick, 35, of 221 Carolina Back Road, Carolina, pleaded not guilty to a Charlestown police charge of assault and/or battery. He was released on a promise to appear on July 3.

Corey R. Aiello, 21, of 25 Nooseneck Hill Road, Richmond, pleaded not guilty to a Richmond police charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second offense, blood alcohol content unknown. He was released on a promise to appear on July 10.
