Westerly

Samantha A. Legates, 27, of 189 Winnapaug Road, was charged Thursday with shoplifting.

Robin Downey, 35, of 269 Collins Road, Ashaway, was charged with shoplifting.

Robert D. Riyena, 50, of 5 Pleasant St., Apt. 4, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.

Jennifer E. Flaherty, 23, of 5 Pleasant St., Apt. 8, was charged Thursday on a bench warrant from 4th Division District Court.

Michelle M. Goulart, 44, of 640 Taugwonk Road, Stonington, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and refusal to submit to a chemical test to determine intoxication.

Susan M. Hoard, 51, of 54 Margin St., was charged Saturday with shoplifting.

Michael S. Famodimu, 22, of 4 Knight St., was charged Saturday on a bench warrant issued from the 4th Division District Court.

Daniel R. Lyford, 34, of Coventry, Conn., was charged Saturday, with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content, .15 or greater.

Jason A. Papaz, 28, of Rutland, Mass., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.

Alvaro E. Zurita, 31, of Providence, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content, .15 or greater.

Stonington

Cullen Storm Faulise, 20, of 5 Mystic Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday on a fugitive arrest without a warrant.

Grayson G. Ralls, 23, of 72 Liberty St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with third-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
