Police logs: Thursday, June 12, 2014


Richmond

Elizabeth A. Gardiner, 52, of 54 Kingstown Road, Richmond, was charged Saturday with domestic simple assault and battery, and domestic disorderly conduct after officers were called to her address. She was transported to the Richmond police station where she was processed and arraigned before Justice of the Peace Michael Robinson. She was issued a no-contact order with the alleged victim and released with a promise to appear in 4th Division District Court on June 21.

Westerly

Robert A. Millwood, 30, of 104 Brookside Lane, Apt. 4, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content .15 or greater, resisting arrest and driving after denial, suspension/revocation of license.

Robin L. Hughes, 46, of 10 Ashworth Lane, Westerly, was charged Tuesday with shoplifting.
