Letter: Supporting call for litigation in 38 Studios case

An open letter to Rep. Spencer Dickinson (D-Dist. 35, South Kingstown):

I want to thank you for introducing your legislation regarding the 38 Studios bonds in regards to litigation. I think litigation should be very seriously considered, and done in Rhode Island.

This response has been used in other states with the same problems. There is no excuse not to consider it.

This obviously will be a legitimate campaign issue this year. All state candidates should support this, regardless of affiliation.

I speak only for myself. Thank you again for this legislation. I appreciate Speaker Mattiello allowing this bill to be introduced.
