    Westerly

    Terry Koons, 27, of St. Albans, Vt., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content unknown.

    Steven W. O’Dell, 21, of 24 Chestnut St., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Saturday with domestic disorderly conduct, domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property and domestic assault and/or battery. On Sunday, with an address listed as unknown, he was charged with violation of a no-contact order.

    Wade DeChristopher, 27, of 5 Annanias Ave., Apt. A, Westerly, was charged Saturday on a bench warrant issued from 4th Division District Court.

    Roland J. Croteau, 38, of 42 Canal St., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Sunday with domestic disorderly conduct.

    Denis C. Melton, 22, of Coventry, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana, 1 ounce or less.

    Amber L. Flint, 19, of West Warwick, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana, 1 ounce or less

    Brian J. Bellrose, 30, of 45 Urso Drive, Westerly, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, and Patricia M. Kimball, 30, of the same address, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

    Stonington

    Maren E. Robertson, 35, of 8 Johnson St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with false representation of an authorized person.

    James A. Ragonese, 46, of 27 Prospect St., 3rd floor, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Rhode Island State Police

    Christopher Kelly, 27, of 6 Brendan St., Westerly, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content .15 or greater (readings, .193, .184). Kelly was taken to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held for an arraignment in 4th Division District Court.
