Police logs: April 13, 2014


Stonington

Christopher Ernest Scarfe, 39, of 110 Brookside Lane, Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Bryan Jay Marshall, 50, of 108 Basil Road, Chicopee, Mass., was charged Thursday with second-degree assault and interfering with emergency calls.

Anthony Frank Alessio, 33, of 41 William St., was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance: narcotics, and sixth-degree larceny.

Westerly

Yadira Farias, 32, of 110 Blackhall St., Apt. 1, New London, was charged Friday with shoplifting — misdemeanor, and on a bench warrant issued from 4th Division District Court.

Jennifer K. Prezioso, 32, of 229 Westerly Bradford Road, was charged Friday with shoplifting — misdemeanor.
