4th Division District Court: Feb. 4, 2014


The following Westerly police cases were heard before Judge Madeline Quirk in 4th Division District Court on Friday:

Michael Cozzolino, 48, of 4 Pauline St., Westerly, pleaded no contest to a charge of simple assault and/or battery. He was sentenced to a one-year suspended prison term with one year of probation.

Todd O. Willcox, 46, of Ledyard, Conn., pleaded not guilty to a charge of violation of a foreign protective order. He was released on a promise to appear at a later date.

Santos Hernandez, 54, of 4 Vars Lane, Bradford, pleaded no contest, to a charge of shoplifting. He was sentenced to a one-year suspended sentence with one-year probation.

Andrew T. Loughlin, 51, of 12 Nutmeg Drive, Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of violating a protective order. He was released on a promise to appear at a later date.

Jesse A. Lallo, 33, of 46 Beatrice St., Westerly, pleaded not guilty to charges of simple assault and/or battery and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear at a later date.
