4TH DIVISION DISTRICT COURT


The following Westerly police cases were heard before Judge Pamela Woodcock-Pfeiffer on Friday:

Ryan Young, 23, of 44 Pierce St., pleaded not guilty to a charge of receiving stolen goods, a bike. He was charged as a violator of terms of his bail on numerous other convictions and transferred to Superior Court for a bail hearing.

Jessica E. Otka, 35, of 22 Top St., Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. The charge was filed and she was issued a no contact order.

Anthony J. Capalbo, 53, of 6 Jay St., Westerly, had a charge of domestic disorderly conduct dismissed.

Tosha Schlack, 37, of Chicopee, Mass., did not enter a plea to a felony charge of driving a vehicle without the consent of the owner. Schlack was released on $10,000 personal recognizance for a Jan. 7 felony screening.

Natalie J. McDermott, 26, of 9 Geranium Lane, Westerly, pleaded no contest to a charge of shoplifting. The charge was filed.

Jaime Tefft, 36, of 117 Brookside Lane, Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, pleaded no contest to a charge of shoplifting. The charge was filed.
