    Rhode Island State Police

    Seth Matteson Jr., 21, of 55 New London Turnpike, Richmond, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, blood alcohol content unknown, and refusal to submit to a chemical test to determine intoxication, after a one-car accident on Interstate 95 in Richmond and a subsequent investigation. Matteson was transported to the Hope Valley barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending arraignment in 4th Division District Court.

    Hopkinton

    Raffaele DePietro, 31, of 46 Cedarwood Lane, Hopkinton, was charged Thursday with domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property and domestic disorderly conduct.

    Matthew L. Brown, 24, of 1 Brown Place, Exeter, was charged Thursday with larceny under $1,500 from the Hopkinton Liquor Depot in Ashaway.

    Karl R. Barbato, 26, of 55A High St., Ashaway, was charged Friday with obstructing an officer in the execution of duty.

    Daniel C. Brown, 29, of 98 Bowling Lane, Bradford, was charged Friday on a warrant.
