Stonington

Jessica A. Sauer, 34, of 27 Saundra Drive, Westerly, was charged Friday with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements and failure to register motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration.

Gregory A. Pawelzyk, 46, of 181 Capstan Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, improper use of marker, registration or license, and operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle.

Michelle W. Kannas, 32, of 6 Deer Ridge Road, was charged Saturday with fight/cause/capable of causing MI.

Nathan S. Kannas, 35, of 6 Deer Ridge Road, was charged Saturday with fight/cause/capable of causing MI.

Westerly

James C. Ragonese, 20, of 59 Granite St. Apt. 21, was charged Friday with domestic disorderly conduct, domestic refuse/relinquish telephone, domestic simple assault/battery and larceny under $1,500.

Nicholas R. Cillino, 23, of 12 Wicklow Road, was charged Friday with domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property and domestic disorderly conduct.

Craig B. Doring, 46, of 21 Schilke Drive, was charged Friday with domestic simple assault/battery and domestic assault by strangulation.
