    Police logs: Oct. 29, 2013

    Lee E. Henrici, 29, of 149 Round Hill Road, Salem, Conn., was charged Friday with issuing fraudulent checks under $1,000.

    Jamie L. Tefft, 36, of 117 Brookside Lane, Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with misdemeanor shoplifting.

    Damian Q. Buck, 19, of 15 B Lanphere Road, Westerly, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, one ounce or less, 18 years or older.

    Theresa M. Carr, 51, of 10 North Main St., Apt. A, Bradford, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor shoplifting.

    Nicholas J. Lynch, 18, of 24 Chestnut St., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana, 1 ounce or less, 18 years or older.

    Teresa R. Manfredi, 22, of 21 Forrestal Drive, Westerly, was charged Saturday on a bench warrant issued from Fourth Division District Court.

    Dana K. Kasun Stamp, 58, of 20 Thompson Ave., Westerly, was charged Sunday with domestic simple assault/battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

    Chad M. Algiere, 24, of no permanent address, was charged Sunday with violation of a no-contact order and on a bench warrant issued by Fourth Division District Court.

    Jeremy J. Whitford, 38, of 64 Juniper Road, Wakefield, was charged Sunday with misdemeanor shoplifting.

    Stonington

    Zachary Modderno-Napoli, 23, of 13 School St., Mystic, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia for less than half an ounce of marijuana, and speeding.

    Robert S. Hemsley Jr., 51, of 256 Flanders Road, East Lyme, was charged Monday with operating or towing an unregistered vehicle, and failing to carry the minimum required insurance.
