4th Division District Court: Oct. 25, 2013


The following cases were heard in 4th Division District Court before Judge Pamela Woodcock-Pfeiffer:

Michael B. Angerson, 48, of Newport, pleaded not guilty to Charlestown police charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. He was released on $5,000 with surety for a Nov. 14 pretrial hearing.

Wayne E. Boss, 33, of 19 Columbia Heights Oval, Charlestown, pleaded not guilty to charges of attempted larceny and vandalism/malicious injury to property. He was released on a promise to appear on Nov. 7.

Christina R. Paliotti, 22, of 7 Dawn Lane, Richmond, pleaded no contest to a Richmond police charge of resisting arrest. The charges were filed with a referral to mental health counseling. Charges of disorderly conduct and assault were dismissed.
