    Police logs: Oct. 25, 2013

    Westerly

    Allan E. Ordway, 20, of 35 Riverview Drive, Richmond, was charged Wednesday with breaking and entering a dwelling without consent and conspiracy.

    Brandon Lanphear, 18, of 69 Stillwater Road, Charlestown, was charged with possession of narcotics, methylphenidate, 26 pills, and possession of marijuana, 1 ounce or less.

    Thomas J. McKain, 48, of 18 Wall St., Apt. A, Westerly, was charged Wednesday with domestic disorderly conduct.

    Maxwell Segal, 23, of 138 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with shoplifting.

    Stonington

    A couple was charged after an incident at a West Broad Street establishment Thursday night.

    Christina M. Wagner, 25, and Justin C. Brown, 30, both of 45 Batterson Ave., Apt. A., Westerly, were charged with third-degree assault: injury or intent to cause injury and breach of peace. Brown was later charged on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
