Stonington

Jordy Robert Garcia, 29, of 123 Broad St., Apt. 7, was charged Friday with criminal mischief, fourth degree, and possession of marijuana, less than half an ounce.

Dawn Wetherell Eldridge, 51, of 1½ Granite St., was charged Friday with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Westerly

Jake K. Ronnie, 18, of 20 Tower St., Apt. 12, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, one ounce or less, 18 years or older.

Edward M. Kazounis, 42, of 39 Whipple Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, blood-alcohol content unknown, and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
