Police logs: Oct. 1, 2013


Stonington

Kyle W. Buck, 26, of 115 West Broad St., Apt. 1, and Michael A. Lipowski, 46, of 115 West Broad St., Apt. 2, both of Pawcatuck, were charged on a warrant Monday with fifth-degree larceny: theft from a building. Stonington Police Capt. Jerry Desmond said the arrests stem from the alleged theft of fuel.

Brandon M. Billian, 32, of Groton, was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny from a motor vehicle and third-degree burglary.

Robert A. Henson, 31, of 7 Cedar St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct.

Nicole M. Oliver, 22, of 43 Mechanic St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with shoplifting.

Westerly

Todd M. Campbell, 47, of 142 Pound Road, Westerly, was charged Saturday with reckless driving and failure to stop at an accident resulting in damage to a vehicle.

Bengy S. Macaione, 38, of 9 Westminster St., Westerly, was charged Sunday with domestic simple assault/battery and domestic disorderly conduct.
