Fourth Division District Court: Sept. 27, 2013


Ronald Erler, 43, of 220 Skunk Hill Road, Hopkinton, pleaded no contest to a Richmond police charge of disorderly conduct. He was given a six-month suspended sentence and six months probation. He was issued a no-contact order.

Curt E. Palmer, 55, of 965 Main St., Hope Valley, pleaded not guilty to a Richmond police charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear on Oct. 10.

Frederick H. Johnson, 65, of 23 Wendy Lane, Richmond, pleaded not guilty to a Richmond police charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear on Oct. 17.

Brian Eich, 30, of North Kingstown, pleaded not guilty to Richmond police charges of reckless driving and eluding police in a high-speed pursuit, first offense. He was released on a promise to appear on Oct. 10.
