Police logs: Sept. 26, 2013


Jesika Torres, 27, of White Rock Road, Westerly, was charged Tuesday with shoplifting.

Holly A. Mangione, 40, of 59 Granite St., Apt. 4, Westerly, was charged Tuesday on a warrant of arrest on affidavit.

David S. Cornell, 36, of 59 Granite St., Apt. 4, Westerly, was charged Tuesday on a bench warrant from Family Court.


Ryan S. Williams, 30, of South Kingstown, was charged Sunday on an outstanding warrant from 6th Division District Court for failure to appear for a payment review on charges of obstructing a police officer. Williams was processed at the Richmond police station. Unable to post the requisite surety bail, he was transported to the intake service center at the Adult Correctional Institutions.


Mickey E. Thweatt, 62, of 15 Cedar Meadows Road, Charlestown, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content, .08 to .15.

Laurie Wisehart, 37, of 37 Riverview Drive, Charlestown, was charged Monday with domestic disorderly conduct, domestic simple assault and domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property.


James P. Curtin, 45, of East Providence, was charged Friday with possession of 3 grams of the synthetic cannabinoid, “Diablo,” driving while in possession of controlled substances, and driving after denial, suspension or revocation of license.

Julie A. Ranalli, 41, of Warwick, was charged Tuesday with issuing fraudulent checks under $1,000.

Christopher M. Rooney, 41, of Smithfield, was charged Tuesday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content unknown, and failure to submit to a chemical test to determine intoxication.

Kristen N. Boisclair, 43, of 60 Chase Hill Road, Ashaway, was charged Sept. 17 on a bench warrant issued from 4th Division District Court.

Patrick F. Stoddard, 49, of Groton, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty.

Kevin W. Culotta, 42, of 51 Fairview Ave., Hope Valley, was charged Monday on a bench warrant issued from 4th Division District Court.
