Police logs: Sept. 11, 2013


Richmond

Joseph M. Maggs, 38, of 215 Shannock Village Road, Richmond, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol content over .15 (readings, .161, .160), after he was stopped for allegedly speeding on Kingstown Road. Police said Maggs’ 12-year-old passenger was taken by a family member and the Department of Children, Youth and Families was notified of the incident. Maggs was processed at the station and later released with a summons to appear for arraignment in 4th Division District Court.

Westerly

Jessica Sowle Manchester, 37, of 98 W. Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with two counts of larceny under $500 and conspiracy.

Heather L. Egan, 39, of 65 High St., Westerly, was charged Monday on a bench warrant issued from 4th Division District Court.

Joy A. Ravenelle, 33, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and resisting legal or illegal arrest.

Hopkinton

Tyler L. Upton, 23, of 65 Bowling Lane, Bradford, was charged Thursday with receiving stolen goods, a felony, and conspiracy.

Doris L. Drake, 36, of 336 Canonchet Road, Apt. 302, Rockville, was charged Thursday on a warrant.

Jason D. Way, 34, of 316 Canonchet Road, Rockville, was charged Monday with manufacture/possession/delivery of narcotics and possession of marijuana.
