Police logs: Sept. 10, 2013


Stonington

Ann Marie Richards, 41, of Providence, was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

Rhode Island State Police

Francesco DeCaro, 20, of 311 High St., Westerly, was charged Saturday with reckless driving following the investigation of an accident. DeCaro was processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and released pending a future Fourth Division District Court date.

Westerly

Michelle L. Burdick, 47, of 5 Pleasant St., Apt. 4, Westerly, was charged Saturday with consuming alcohol in public.

Glenn W. Graeve, 53, no permanent address, Westerly, was charged Saturday with consuming alcohol in public.

Roland J. Croteau, 37, of 43 Canal St., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Sunday on a bench warrant from Fourth Division District Court.

Ian J. Hart, 22, of 8 Fieldsview Road, Bradford, was charged Sunday with reckless driving/drag racing/eluding police, first offense, and resisting legal or illegal arrest. He was also summonsed on a charge of possession of marijuana, 1 ounce or less.

Jessica Sowle Manchester, 37, of 98 West Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged with four counts of issuing fraudulent checks under $1,000 and four counts of conspiracy.
